１９９７年オールマン・ブラザース・バンドのニューヨーク・ビーコン・シアター連続公演より３月２１日と２２日の２公演がサウンドボード音源による６枚組セットで初登場！通算１２回行われたこのビーコン・シアター連続公演は長年バンドを支えたウォーレン・ヘインズ（G）とアレン・ウッディ（B）との最後のツアーとなりました。２２日の「In Memory of Elizabeth Reed」の終盤がフェードアウトですが、それ以外は完璧クオリティのステレオ・サウンドボードで２日間各３時間に及ぶ完全収録となっています。バンドの歴史において極めて重要な「変革の節目」となった伝説的な公演を収録した注目タイトルです！
